Peace everyone, today marks a great day in my music career. The album myself my partner DJ Omen and Ric Rude put together THE B.A.M. & RIC RUDE PROJECT "THE NEW GOLDEN ERA" was picked up by SOUL SPAZM RECORDS/DIGITAL. My team WAR MACHINE INC. and I are extremely delighted and excited to begin promoting the project. There is no question in our minds that the true hip hop fans all over the world will be very satisfied after hearing and digesting the entire album with incredible special guests.


The single and video jump starting the project will be "GO HARDER" featuring KEITH MURRAY. WAR MACHINE INC. has other projects in the works as well as a mixtape dropping from B.A.M. at the end of the summer of 2009 hosted by FABALOUS and LIL WAYNE'S dee jay, "DJ 45"! The incredible producer RIC RUDE has "QUEENSBRIDGE 6 BLOCKS 96 BUILDINGS PT.2" compilation album dropping later this year as well as new music he has produced for some of your favorate artists in the game. B.A.M., KEITH MURRAY & K-SOLO HIP HOP HISTORY

Saturday May 23rd 2009 Memorial Day weekend was a time of celebration when we shot the video for "GO HARDER" feat. KEITH MURRAY. The day began crazy hectic, but as we set up cameras and other equipment things began to fall into place. The film studio was filled with energy during the shoot. Keith and myself went in extra hard for all the shots from the white background to the stage shots. Camera crews behind the scenes conducted historical interviews with myself, Keith and LIL FAME of M.O.P. It was like a live mini concert inside. Myself and my team are extremely happy and excited and cant wait to see and feel your reactions. IT'S TIME TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN OLD SCHOOL AND NEW SCHOOL, NORTH, SOUTH, EAST & WEST HIP HOP...NOW!!


CAPTAINS LOG STAR DATE MAY 24th 2009 LOL! BB KINGS FUNK MASTER FLEX 90's BASH with METHOD MAN & REDMAN, EPMD, BRAND NUBIANS, CAPONE & NORE, LORDS OF THE UNDERGROUND, DRES OF "BLACK SHEEP", RED ALERT, and MARLY MARL was all in the building!!!!
Arriving with my team along with K-SOLO was the secret weapon that the crowd didn't expect when EPMD did "HEAD BANGER" with REDMAN and K-SOLO for the first time in years! It made the crowd go completely wild!! The Fire Marshall threatened to shut the club down twice!! The place was filled way beyond capacity!!

But another highlight of the night was when I was talking to KEITH MURRAY about the video we shot the day before, my man K-SOLO was standing next to me. Now if you didn't know K-SOLO and KEITH MURRAY had major beef!!! But due to GOD's bigger plan something told me to put my arm around K-SOLO and KEITH MURRAY to insinuate bringing peace between the two legendary mc's. KEITH reached his hand out to give K-SOLO a pound and K-SOLO excepted!! Cameras were everywhere filming and snapping photo's of the historical moment that symbolized unity amongst New York Mc's as well as unity in the entire Hip Hop community. HOLLA AT YA BOY B.A.M. and lets continue to save Hip Hop cause for some of us it's all we got!! Till the next blog PEACE!!

First of all I'd like to thank the people who have joined and followed my blog. It has been truly a blessing to have come this far and be embraced with the love everyone has been showing. In the beginning of it all you come to find out who has been real and who has been fake. Anyways as for me and Rude's new single "GO HARDER" it was written when I was just completely fed up with a lot of music industries political nonsense! Not only that but people in my life telling me to stop doing what I do because I have not achieved what their level of success was. I know some of you out there can relate to what I'm talking about. It was a hip hop historical moment in the studio with the homie Keith Murray. That night I regret not video recording Keith and myself in the booth. Keith hammered his verse out after we all just vibed out over our necessities in the studio to make classic shit LOL!

"GO HARDER" IS A PIECE THAT GOES OUT TO ANYONE WORKING TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS IN LIFE..DON'T LET ANYONE DISCOURAGE YOU...WHEN THEY TRY...JUST "GO HARDER" -BLESSINGS YALL!!

These past few months has been a beautiful grind for ya boy B.A.M. and still grindin. Thank you to all the D.J.'s supporting "MY CITY" feat. LIL FAME of M.O.P. from Dj Eclipse, Dj Skizz, Dj Kay Slay, Peter Rosenburg, Dj Suss One, Dj Chubby Chubb, Craig G and all the Dj's who showed love throughout the tri-state area and across the world. B.A.M. in the studio of Legendary EASY MOE BEE bumped into Super Porn Star HEATHER HUNTER! Heather is real good peoples, she was there with her artists recording an album. People don't sleep Ms. Hunter got some joints yall. Her personality was very warm along with her gental voice. We were vibing hard to beats all night. She is very much into her music, she loves Hip Hop more than I thought as MOE BEE and myself were surprised.

My man EASY MOE BEE and myself are cooking up some heat for yall coming soon later this year. We talkin about classic EASY MOE BEE flavor, BIGGIE SMALLS "READY TO DIE" joints!! I been recording records with EASY MOE BEE since 95. I remember MOE playing me the original "WARNING" beat that BIG spit on years ago. The man is crazy special! The game needs him badly right now. THE B.A.M. AND RIC RUDE PROJECT-THE NEW GOLDEN ERA. COMING SOON

THE B.A.M. & RIC RUDE PROJECT came about by two people discussing their passion for hip hop and wanting to put out great music based off of the chemistry that was clearly undeniable.

My homie super producer RIC RUDE (QB's finest) has been putting out underground hits for artists such as PRODIGY, BIG NOYD, FUNK MASTER FLEX, INFAMOUS MOBB, DIP SET, CORMEGA, GHOSTFACE KILLAH, NATURE, and RAZELL to name a few!! Me and RUDE started recording after introduced to by another producer by the name of Drea Trax over 8 years ago.

Putting together this album with DJ OMEN another one of my partners of WAR MACHINE INC. was quite an experiance. We enjoyed working with all the artists on the entire album, over 25 songs recorded. The album consists of features with my cousin LIL FAME of M.O.P., KEITH MURRAY, ROYCE DA 5'9, CHUBB ROCK, KILLAH PRIEST (twin) SMOOTHE DA HUSTLA, LIL DAP "GROUP HOME" official remix wit HELL RELL, TRAGEDY KHADAFI, INFAMOUS MOBB and PRODIGY.

Each track is filled with powerful lyrics and concepts. Heavy drums and hard hitting energy. We truly brought back the essence of real hip hop! One of my favorate records is a tribute song to A TRIBE CALLED QUEST's "LYRICS TO GO". I always loved the flow Q-Tip delivered on that song, so I saluted to the homie with a tribute joint. I really think the people are going to love that one alot. Every listening session we have people get pumped up off it!! We are so so excited on putting it out this Spring/Summer. I must thank brothers like CHUBB ROCK (Histoy Music Mentor), SERG (Management), COOL V (Marketing), JENNIFER (P.R.) and DAN GREEN (promotions) involved with pushing this project for it to be all it can be. Without a team you are standing out in the cold....ass naked ya heard!

B.A.M. ft DIPSET-THE CORNER

B.A.M. meets BIGGIE

Greetings to all of you who are reading this blog. I would like to share with you one of my unforgettable moments as an artist in the music industry. Being signed to Columbia/Sony in the late 90's allowed me to have the blessing in meeting and working along side many multi-platinum artists. THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G. being one of the greats.

It was a cold winter in Pakipsee, New York at a local club. The spot was packed with party goers and hip hop fan. On the performing roster was THE FUGEES, NAS, CRAIG MACK, and DA BUSHBABIES hosted by no other than "BIGGIE SMALLS" (NOTORIOUS B.I.G.) Myself being there to network and mingle with my label mates back stage, I was not aware that I was going to experiance a classic moment that would remain with me throughout my entire life.

Backstage with my manager we mingled with "PUFF DADDY" (P. DIDDY) Wyclef, Craig Mack and BIG. Diddy was pacing back and forth on top of the show promoters to ashure that everything was in place for the surprise performance by BIG. The crowd was only looking forward to seeing BIG host the show with a huge disappointment that he wasnt on the roster to perform.

This was my first time meeting BIG. We were introduced and we gave each other a pound and he said "IGHT, WHAT UP..BAM! BAM!" in a joking fasion. I smiled as we were chowing down on a bucket of KFC.

The club was packed and BIG took the stage interacting with the crowd. BIG had a special way of winning over people in general let alone an entire arena of over 5,000! In quote, I remember this as if it took place yesterday...."YO THEY TOLD ME I CANT PERFORM, ALL IM SUPPOSED TO DO IS HOST"...(crowd shouts out song titles "Unbelievable"! "Juciey"!) "SHOULD I DO IT?!" (crowd shouts out "yeeaa"!!) ....BIG stands still and looks back at the Dj. The Dj shrugs his shoulders as if to say "what the hell" BIG says "AIGHT FUCK IT"!!
RIGHT ON Q, "UNBELIEVABLE" EXPLODES FROM OUT THE SPEAKERS CAUSING THE CROWD TO GO CRAAAZZZY SINGING BIG's LYRICS WORD FOR WORD!!!!

BIG is truly missed and will remain in our hearts forever. Till next time, Peace!!
